“We started selling to the World in August of 1985. Bring fair prices to collectors around the World. Things have changed in the way we do business with our customer's, and we changed along the way. We do sell our items through many different avenues using the World Wide Web. You can find us on many sites just by typing in our Name KidsToyz. Our passion is still the same today as it was when we started. Share our dream of find good deals on our products and pass the savings on to our customers. Delivery & Returns

We Ship all of our Products in New Shipping boxes. We supply you the customer with Tracking Numbers so that you can also Track your purchases. Please Note that some shipping services that we use, scan the item at the pickup locations and then it would appear it just sits in that location. In most cases it is traveling to a new destination where it will be rescanned, and updated information then will be available. Once the Items has arrived at your location it is scanned and marked as delivered. We ship all of our products insured. to help protect against lost to you and for us. We do offer returns on most of our items unless under the Item Description it states Final Sale - No Returns. If returning an item(s) we charge a 20% re-stocking fee as long as the item is returned still sealed in our Clear Shipping Bag. The bag allows you to clearly see the items you purchased. If the Item is damaged and still sealed in the Clear Shipping Bag, then we can submit a damage claim on your behalf and once payment is refunded to us, then we will require you to send the damaged item back to us, before we refund any item, shipping charges are non-refundable. All of our rates are clearly posted, before you make a purchase. Please contact us first, before you purchase, as we want to make sure you are 100% sure you are getting what you have purchased. Buyer pays for all shipping insured of our items when shipping an item back to us.

We do accept credit cards. Even on the items we list that have local pickup only. Cash can be used on Local Pickup items as well. We prefer to use one of the electronic payment options on our website. All customers personal details are secure, and the payment processing is safe and reliable. We do not store any of your payment information on our website, this is handled through our payment processing company.
